Perspectives for the next project phase: The project to date has seen an important expansion, both geographically and in term of activities, with an additional focus on the recovery of victims, with the creation of 3 Safe Houses. It has also seen a sound assimilation of core values such as resilience and the community-based approach.

Twenty-three participants who are working on the prevention of and recovery from child sexual abuse in the community participated in a 5-day seminar entitled "Promoting individual and community resilience".

Bice's Regional Delegation for Asia is seeking an intern for the spring period.

The new project in Asia promotes a community based approach for the prevention of child abuse and exploitation in remote areas near the Thai border.

The evaluation will give the community, the staff and the stakeholders, an opportunity to evaluate for themselves what has been achieved.
